Cannabis is recognized for having a wide range of health advantages, from reducing anxiety to treating chronic pain. So if you’re searching for a nutritious cannabis breakfast to start your day off right, this blog article is ideal for you!
The following are some of the most common effects observed during marijuana ingestion: Anxiety relief, pain alleviation, sleep improvement, appetite suppression, mood elevation. Although these effects vary considerably depending on dosage and strength, low doses may act as an energy boost while high doses frequently result in short-term hallucinations; regardless of the “high” someone gets from using marijuana, they will always feel like their concerns have been relieved, therefore it’s time for some marijuana-infused cuisine!
How to make marijuana breakfast?
There are several alternative methods to prepare marijuana breakfasts, just as there are many recipes. We’ll show you some of our favorite cannabis-infused breakfast dishes!
The first batch is called “Joey’s Special Cookies,” and it starts with your dough being chilled before cooking; you may do this a day or two ahead of time, so don’t be worried if you’re not an early bird (or night owl)!
oatmeal, butter, vanilla extract, eggs, salt, and baking soda are all you’ll need. This recipe makes approximately 12 cookies that may be used for two batches of marijuana-infused breakfast!
The butter and oatmeal should be combined in a mixing bowl first, followed by the eggs. Add vanilla extract if desired (or any other flavors you prefer!).
Finally, there’s a spoonful of cannabis oil or hash browns! Allow it to cook for about an hour on low heat while stirring once every few minutes until golden brown. Eat these cookies warm with milk/creamer or cold; they’re delicious either way! Most importantly, don’t think that preparing marijuana breakfasts implies you should forget your health diet; if there’s one thing the marijuana plant can do, it’s increase appetite!
For the following recipe, you’ll need: flour, baking powder, eggs, sugar or honey (or sweetener of choice), butter, milk or cream, and vanilla extract.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet and set aside before combining all ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined. Spoon mixtures by heaping tablespoons onto the prepared pan; lightly press with fingertips so that they spread out into individual biscuits, which will help them retain their form while baking. Place cookies back in the oven for approximately 12 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
Try these marijuana-infused foods for breakfast with bread or as a mid-afternoon snack! You may also make them in advance, freeze them, then rewarm when you need to take your medication throughout the day – simply put them in the microwave for 20 seconds at a time until they’re heated through. You’ll be high all morning long if you try one of these recipes! Remember that cannabis is fat-soluble, so it’s best consumed with something fatty like eggs or buttery biscuit dough. Use responsibly.
Ingredients for the pancakes:
- cannabis butter(If you make your own cannabutter, try it with Bruce Banner)
- brown sugar or maple syrup for sweetening/drying out the cannabis,
- eggs, milk, flour and baking powder for the cake mixture.
Instruction:
In a saucepan or on the stove, melt the cannabis butter. If you’re using coconut oil rather than cannabis butter, it should be melted first. Brown sugar (or maple syrup) is added and heated until dissolved before removing from the heat. If you’re using hot liquid, wait for it to cool before further adding to the batter. In a separate mixing bowl, combine ground marijuana leaves with flour and baking powder. Then add egg whites and milk to create a thick batter that is more cakelike than pancake batter. Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan heated to medium high and stirred constantly until the desired size is reached – either tiny cakes or big pancakes. Repeat with the rest of the mixture until it’s all gone.
You may either put them as is, or spread nutella over them – this will certainly have your mouth watering. Another option would be to fry them in a pan with butter until golden brown, then sprinkle cinnamon or sugar over the top and allow it to melt into the cake before adding peanut butter and honey as toppings.
Pros and cons of eating breakfast with marijuana
Pros of weed breakfast:
- You’ll be high all morning long!
- It’s a good way to start your day.
Cons of weed breakfast:
- Cannabis is fat soluble, therefore it’s best enjoyed with a fatty food like eggs or rich buttery biscuit dough.
- Some people may feel anxious or paranoid while using marijuana – this doesn’t happen frequently (less than 25% of the time), but it might cause someone sensitive to THC dose.
- Some strains may have a malodorous flavor that makes it tough to consume.
- Because marijuana takes some time to enter the system, you’ll want something more substantial for breakfast than usual. Eating an energy bar or two before beginning your cannabis-infused meals is a good idea!
- We would recommend that you refrain from driving while eating. We don’t want any accidents.
